Nama : Intan Cahya Ningrum Kelas : 1EA04 NPM : 10220751 UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE Last Year, i had Student Competency Competition or we usually call it LKS for Vocational High School in the Bogor Regency area. I was appointed to take a part in cooking competition because my majors is TataBoga. One team consist of two people me and my friend Tiara. Three month before the competition we prepared the recipe,we have to made one Chocolate cake, One petit four, and one Sugar Showpiece so we thinked what we going to cook and how is the design. And in the first month we got what we were going to make. Next month we tried the recipe, and asked our teachers to assess whether this is enough or needs improvement. The first recipe we tried to make is Chocolate Crunchy Mousse Cake, Our teacher said the taste is good enough but it need more decoration to make it look pretier.
